International airport terminal program — $2B project

On the $2 billion San Francisco International Terminal project, Mr. Coe served as Deputy Chief Estimator for the on-site construction management team — estimating and negotiating over a thousand change orders of more than $100 million, and reviewing over two hundred change orders with savings for the airport of over $20 million.

As Senior Project Controls Specialist and Cost Consultant on the Port of Oakland's Phase 1A expansion, Mr. Coe successfully negotiated more than fifty-six changes, with savings of over $1.8 million. He also served as CMA and expert defense witness on a construction claim on the Port Expansion Project.
